Denis LeClairDenis LeClair is Vice President of CobbCorp, LLC and specializes in television and radio mergers and acquisitions. He has advised clients on a wide range of strategic engagements with an aggregate value in excess of $470 million.

With more than 22 years in the broadcast industry, LeClair has been active in every aspect of the business.  As a General Manager in 2001, he was instrumental in bringing about the country's first television "Shared Services Agreement," and acted as its first VP/General Manager. This successfully combined the operations of three television stations, WTXL-TV, WBXT-TV and WTWC-TV, under separate owners.

In his role as Vice President of CobbCorp, LeClair was given the task of running the day-to-day operations of the, Shop at Home television station group, the 13th largest group in the country. LeClair was able to cut personnel and expenses without affecting the group’s bottom line. He also managed the group’s transition to full-power digital. He was intimately involved in the marketing of the group to investors, which lead to its eventual sale to E.W. Scripps for $235,000,000.

While Station Manager/General Sales Manager of WTXL-TV, LeClair played a major role in the planning, execution and launch of Tallahassee's WB 100+ station, WBXT-TV. He became Vice President/General Manager of both stations, and after its first year, WBXT was voted WB Station of the Year by the network. LeClair was nominated by his peers to be President of the WB100+ Affiliate Board in 2000. Among his accomplishments, LeClair implemented the first 10 p.m. newscast in the market, which was the first for any WB 100+ station in the country.

Denis LeClair is active in his local community, having been a member of the Board of Trustees at Tallahassee Community Hospital and a member of the Board of Tallahassee's 21st Century Council. He has served as a volunteer for the Orlando Dividend’s Mentor program, which provides one-on-one guidance and friendship to a child deemed “at risk.” LeClair spends much of his free time coaching junior football and Little League baseball.
